“...Mischief rips it up and starts again.” -ImagineFX ★★★★

In its February 2015 edition, ImagineFX reviewed Mischief 2.0 and gave us and incredible 4 out of 5 star rating! We could not be more thrilled!

Our favorite line from the review had to be this one: “While other programs slavishly adhere to the ancient rules of what art should be, Mischief rips it up and starts again.”

    You need a Lasso tool.

Shift for straight lines- gradient & lasso tool.. friends.. all you asking is to replicate Photoshop!! You have PS for all these tools. Let the mischief grow in its own way.

My suggestion for added tools would be a line/curve or pen tool for controlled lineart strokes.

agreeing with fxscreamer : having a lasso tool would be very useful ( and maybe the wand too, like in Photoshop but the lasso first! )
and is there a gradient tool? couldn't find it if there's one...

Congrats, and agreeing with Mike....boy would it be great to get that lasso / poly-lasso tool. That's what I'm craving.

I also wouldn't mind a Shift - straight line hotkey (like Photoshop)

I read that review yesterday and have to say that I agree with most of it. I recommend Mischief when ever I can. Am planning on doing a few video tutorials on it for a You Tube channel..

It's really great to sketch, ink and paint in.

There's still some rough edges, like the inflexibility of the palettes: I want to choose which side of the monitor my tools are. No lasso or poly-lasso selection. Then there's the issue I've been having with the "couldn't create art canvas" dialog that just nukes any document I'm working on. Have lost hours of work because of that. :(
